Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GymOS, a product of AYCAS (AYCAS Investments). By creating a gym or signing in, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
GymOS is software for running a gym, studio or personal-training business — members, check-ins, classes, personal training, payment records and member/trainer apps. We improve it continually and may add, change or remove features.
Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for your account, for the staff you invite, and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate details and use GymOS lawfully.
Free trial
New gyms start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. When the trial ends, the gym becomes read-only — your data stays safe and visible — until you start a paid subscription.
Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed per gym, per month, in US dollars, at the price shown when you subscribe. Optional add-ons (such as the AI drafting assistant) are charged in addition. Billing is currently arranged directly with AYCAS by invoice. Fees are not refundable except where required by law.
Your data & responsibilities
You keep ownership of the information you put into GymOS. You are the controller of your members’ personal information and are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary consents to record it — including explicit consent for health and fitness data, and parental consent for members under 18. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security or access another gym’s data, and no use that disrupts the platform for others.
Availability
We work to keep GymOS available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim arose.
Suspension & termination
You may stop using GymOS at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or breach of these terms. On closure we make your data available for a reasonable period before deletion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
